1. The pre-order offers of SAMSUNG Galaxy S25 Ultra & Galaxy S25+ are available for all customers who do a pre-order Galaxy S25 Ultra & Galaxy S25+ (“Device”) during the pre-order period 29th Jan’25 to 13th Feb’25. Galaxy S25 Ultra is introduced at a Price of Taka 236,999 /-. & Galaxy S25+ is introduced at a Price of Taka 181,999 /-. 7.5% VAT will be applicable as per Bangladesh Govt. rule with aforementioned price.
2. A customer can pre-order the Device at www.excelestore.com.bd/pre-book
3. Please note that this order shall be treated as a tentative order only. In order to confirm his/her pre-order the customer will be required to pay, within 72 hours of the online order, a sum of Taka 40,000/ for Galaxy S25 Ultra & Taka 30,000/ for Galaxy S25+. The delivery schedule will be communicated after booking confirmation.
4. Every customer who pre-orders the Device Galaxy S25 Ultra on the above-mentioned portal will be eligible for 12,000/ Taka Instant Cashback as pre-order offer during pre-order time (29th Jan’25 to 13th Feb’25) based on portal entry & pre-order booking money confirmation.
5. Every customer who pre-orders the Device Galaxy S25+ on the above-mentioned portal will be eligible for 10,000/ Taka Instant Cashback as pre-order offer during pre-order time (29th Jan’25 to 13th Feb’25) based on portal entry & pre-order booking money confirmation.
6. This promotional pre-order offer is for limited quantity. A customer who has done the tentative pre-order but fails to deposit the amount of Taka 40,000/ for Galaxy S25 Ultra or Taka 30,000/ for Galaxy S25+ will not be eligible for this pre-order offer.
7. This amount is non-refundable. If any pre-order customer deposits pre-order amount but fails to collect his/her device during Pre-order delivery timeline, no claims shall be entertained & his/her pre-order will be cancelled. Excel eStore disclaims any liability in this regard.

9. Customers will be notified when the device is ready for delivery.
10. Customers can also avail the interest free EMI (Equal Monthly Instalment) facility for making the payment of the remaining amount at the time of pre-order delivery. Pre-order customers will be eligible for 12 months 0% EMI for both Galaxy S25 Ultra & Galaxy S25+. Credit card holders of Selected Banks will be eligible for 0% Extended EMI on both Galaxy S25 Ultra & Galaxy S25+ [The City Bank Customers will enjoy up to 18 Months 0 Cost EMI, UCB Customers will enjoy up to 24 months 0 cost EMI & Eastern Bank customers will enjoy up to 36 months 0 cost EMI. EMI & bank cashback subject to sole discretion of the bank/issuer and subject to the terms and conditions of such bank/issuer.
11. City Bank American Express Consumer Credit Card members will be eligible for 5,000 Taka, 10,000 Taka or 15,000 Taka cashback for both Galaxy S25 Ultra & Galaxy S25+. However, to get 5,000 Taka cashback, minimum EMI transaction has to be 130,000 Taka, to get 10,000 Taka cashback, minimum EMI transaction has to be 150,000 Taka or to get 15,000 Taka cashback, minimum EMI transaction has to be 180,000 Taka. Only 18 months 0% EMI transactions will be eligible for cashback offer.
12. EBL Credit Card holders will be eligible for 5,000/ taka cashback upon availing EMI with minimum EMI transaction 100,000/ Taka, to get 7,000/ taka cashback upon availing EMI with minimum EMI transaction 150,000/ Taka & will be eligible for 10,000/ taka cashback upon availing EMI with minimum EMI transaction 180,000/ Taka for Galaxy S25 Ultra. Cardholders will not be eligible for mentioned EMI cashback if EMI transaction is less than the mentioned minimum EMI transaction amount. EBL Credit cardholders will also be eligible for up to 36 months 0% EMI during this pre-order campaign tenure.
13. SCB Credit Cardholders will be eligible for 15,000/ taka cashback upon availing EMI with minimum EMI transaction 180,000/ Taka with 12 Months EMI for both Galaxy S25 Ultra. SCB Credit Cardholders will be eligible for 10,000/ taka cashback upon availing EMI with minimum EMI transaction 130,000/ Taka with 12 Months EMI for both Galaxy S25 Ultra & Galaxy S25+. And SCB Credit Cardholders will also be eligible for 5,000/ taka cashback upon availing EMI with minimum EMI transaction 80,000/ Taka with 12 Months for both Galaxy S25 Ultra & Galaxy S25+. SCB Cardholders will not be eligible for mentioned EMI cashback if EMI transaction is less than the mentioned minimum EMI transaction amount or doesn’t fulfil the mentioned EMI tenure. SCB credit card EMI cashback offer is not applicable for Titanium Credit Card & USD Credit Card.
14. UCB Credit Cardholders will be eligible for 15,000/ taka cashback upon availing EMI with minimum EMI transaction 180,000/ Taka & above, UCB Credit Cardholders will be eligible for 7,000/ taka cashback upon availing EMI with minimum EMI transaction 150,000/ Taka & above, UCB Credit Cardholders will be eligible for 5,000/ taka cashback upon availing minimum EMI with minimum EMI transaction 100,000/ Taka & above for Galaxy S25 Ultra or for Galaxy S25+. UCB Cardholders will not be eligible for 15,000/ taka or 7,000/ taka or 5,000/ taka cashback if EMI transaction is less than the mentioned minimum EMI transaction or doesn’t meet mentioned minimum EMI tenure (12 Months). UCB Credit cardholders will also be eligible for up to 24 months 0% EMI.
15. Prime Bank Credit Cardholders will be eligible for 15,000/ taka cashback upon availing EMI with minimum EMI transaction 180,000/ Taka & above, Prime Bank Credit Cardholders will be eligible for 10,000/ taka cashback upon availing EMI with minimum EMI transaction 150,000/ Taka & above, Prime Bank Credit Cardholders will be eligible for 5,000/ taka cashback upon availing minimum EMI with minimum EMI transaction 100,000/ Taka & above for Galaxy S25 Ultra or for Galaxy S25+. Prime Bank Cardholders will not be eligible for 15,000/ taka or 10,000/ taka or 5,000/ taka cashback if EMI transaction is less than the mentioned minimum EMI transaction or doesn’t meet mentioned minimum EMI tenure (12 Months).
16. Trade-In Bonus up to BDT 30,000 [Minimum Trade-In bonus: 25,000/Taka] is for selected Models [Customers old device] only on Galaxy S25 Ultra purchase. Trade-In Bonus up to BDT 20,000 [Minimum Trade-In bonus: 15,000/Taka] is for selected Models [Customers old device] only on Galaxy S25+ purchase. By clicking https://www.flipper.com.bd/ customers will have an indicative Trade-In value upon profile registration but actual & final price verification will be done after in-store inspection from concern person. SAMSUNG Exchange partner Flipper [https://www.flipper.com.bd/] holds sole authority of handset evaluation & old device Trade-In pricing rights. Trade-In value of Traded old products at sole discretion of Trade-In partner and may vary basis model and condition of old device.
17. Trade-In Bonus up to BDT 30,000 [Minimum Trade-In bonus: 25,000/Taka] for Galaxy S25 Ultra will not be applicable if old handset resale value is below BDT 25,000 after final evaluation (physically in retail shops).
18. Trade-In Bonus up to BDT 20,000 [Minimum Trade-In bonus: 15,000/Taka] for Galaxy S25+ will not be applicable if old handset resale value is below BDT 15,000 after final evaluation (physically in retail shops).
19. Customer will not be eligible to enjoy up to 30,000 taka Trade-In Bonus on purchase of Galaxy S25 Ultra & Customer will not be eligible to enjoy up to 20,000 taka Trade-In Bonus on purchase of Galaxy S25+ if his/her handset is not in Samsung approved exchange handset list.
20. For Old Handset Trade-In, customers need to bring old handset Box (Handset IMEI need to be matched with IMEI sticker on the box) during taking delivery.
21. 1 time Screen Replacement offer (upon registration) is applicable for customers who will do the registration at the time of pre-order or at the time of taking pre-order delivery. For availing 1 time screen replacement offer of Galaxy S25 Ultra customer have to do the registration at Samsung retail store with 5,600/ Taka for 12 months validity. For availing 1 time screen replacement offer of Galaxy S25+ customer have to do the registration at Samsung retail store with 4,100/ Taka for 12 months validity. Applicable Terms & Conditions for screen replacement shall be applicable.
22. 2nd Year Warranty offer (upon registration) is applicable for customers who will do the registration at the time of pre-order or at the time of taking pre-order delivery. For availing 2nd Year Warranty offer of Galaxy S25 Ultra customer have to do the registration at Samsung retail store with 5,600/ Taka for 12 months validity. For availing 2nd Year Warranty offer of Galaxy S25+ customer have to do the registration at Samsung retail store with 4,100/ Taka for 12 months validity. Applicable Terms & Conditions for screen replacement shall be applicable.
23. For this 1 time screen replacement offer & 2nd Year Warranty offer, Vendor Waada reserves the rights for customer claim verification. This 1 time screen replacement registration offer & 2nd Year Warranty offer will be valid till the pre-order product delivery tenure (within 72 hours of product delivery). Only one claim is acceptable in a coverage tenure (12 months) for 1 time screen replacement offer. Customer will get cashless coverage under these offers subject to compliance to the applicable terms and conditions.
24. Product Delivery will start from 14th Feb’25. Prior notifications will be sent to the customers mentioning specific delivery time or any changes in delivery schedule. Please note delivery schedule can be varied depending on availability of Products.
25. Please do not forget to bring your Photo ID during collecting your device (Galaxy S25 Ultra or Galaxy S25+) & also for availing exchange offer bring your national ID is Mandatory.
26. By Pre ordering SAMSUNG Galaxy S25 Ultra or Galaxy S25+, Pre-order customers have agreed to receive marketing materials from SAMSUNG for further communications & references.
27. SAMSUNG & Excel eStore reserves the rights to change, amend and/or withdraw the pre-book offer or change any of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.
28. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at Bangladesh.
